Premier Program
With this program, Seaside Linen will leave linens for all beds in the home, as well as set out the towels, beach towels, kitchen towels and bath mats. The price of this package is built into the home’s rental rates and homeowners can then list their home as including a Premium Linen and Towel Package for every rental during peak season or for the entire year.
Linen Add-On Program
The Linen Add-on Program allows tenants to choose if they would like to have linens provided with their rental. We will create a custom package to accommodate your whole house. During the rental process, the tenant can choose if they would like to add to this package for the prearranged fee.
Linen Referral Option
If you as the Homeowner / Manager are unsure you would like to provide a linen package to your tenants, you can simply refer tenants to our website or our friendly staff who will be happy to set up an order by phone.
