You do not have to be present for us to deliver your rental items; we can access most properties. We make our best effort to deliver your rental items by 5:00 pm on your check in day. Our busiest days are Fridays and Saturdays, so please be patient and call our office if your items have not been delivered by 5:00 pm. At Seaside Linen & Rental Company we go that extra step, prior to your arrival we will place each linen and towel set at the foot of each respectable bed. Baby items will be left inside each property, and beach equipment delivered right to your doorstep.

Rental orders can be taken online or by phone. During our busy season our website order form is the easiest and most convenient way to get your orders to us. Our user friendly secure website accepts VISA and Mastercard anytime, just log onto www.seasidelinen.com and click the orange ORDER tab, or if you are more comfortable or have some questions please call 1-866-615-4636 and speak with one of our team.

Availability is guaranteed with at least 2 weeks advance request and payment. Availability will not be guaranteed without payment already on file. Rental orders not paid in full by scheduled delivery date will not be sent out.

Order Cancellations more than one week prior to delivery shall receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund less a $10.00 administrative fee. As of delivery day we cannot offer refunds but will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value based on availability.

Last Minute Orders: We will make every effort to have your items delivered to you as soon as possible. Equipment may be delivered by noon the following day.

Checkout Procedures: Please place linens and towels in laundry bag provided and place inside front door ready for pickup by 9:00 am the day of your departure. Please leave other rental equipment clean and in plain view. Please DO NOT place pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads and other items belonging to property in with rental items.

Responsibility: Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of the possession of the lessor, and promises to return such equipment to the lessor in as good condition as it was received by lessor, natural wear from responsible use expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased equipment. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged to the lessee at regular replacement cost.

Please Note: Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment should never be left on the beach overnight or unattended. Items left on the beach overnight are subject to fine and may be seized by local agencies.
